Frequently Asked Questions
01
Do you offer virtual consulting?
Yes. Many services including training, coaching, and consultation sessions are available virtually. For engagements that require on site work such as program audits or full day professional development, travel can be arranged. Reach out to discuss what works best for your organization.
02
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in the Dallas Fort Worth area and I am available to travel.
03
How long does a typical engagement take?
A program audit typically takes eight to twelve weeks from start to final report. A professional development workshop is a single day or multi day experience. Special needs ministry consulting engagements are scoped based on where your church is starting from and what you want to build. We will discuss timeline during our discovery call.
04
Are your services compliant with federal and state special education requirements?
Yes. All consulting services are grounded in IDEA, state regulations, and current best practices in special education. Compliance is not an afterthought in my work, it is a foundation.
Can you help our school (or school district) if we are already under a corrective action plan or facing a state complaint?
Yes. If your district is navigating a corrective action plan, compliance concern, or state monitoring, I can help you understand what is required and build the systems to get back on track. Reach out as soon as possible so we can talk through your situation.
